The primary participant is whoever owns that workflow. Stakeholders, supervisors, and IT partners are welcome to observe or join discussions. We collaborate with your in-house teams to keep local systems and networks secure.
Continuo performs quietly beside the participant while our team conducts regular soundchecks — weekly or more often — to review flow, friction, and fit. We make small adjustments together as the environment reveals its rhythm.
At day 30, we meet for a Playback: a live debrief of what worked, what didn’t, and what Continuo captured. It’s where the learning happens — reviewing real examples and discussing which instruments could add harmony next.
